Grind day.
Tgu 5mins 5singles each side 24kg.
         Rest 5 min.
C&P 24kg x5
Chin ups x2
Goblet squat x5 16 kg.
         No rest between exercises.
         Rest 5 min after mini circuit.
          Repeat once.
Still keeping the volume low.
